3-Site Chlamydia and Gonorrhea Test (CHC)

The Primary.Medical Single Site Chlamydia and Gonorrhea Test test kit detects if you have been exposed to genital chlamydia and/or gonorrhea.

Chlamydia

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) that can cause an infection in someone’s genitals, rectum, and/or throat. Some people may have no symptoms at all, or symptoms may occur several weeks after sexual contact with someone with chlamydia.

Gonorrhea

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) that can affect a person’s genitals, rectum, and/or throat. Like chlamydia, people may not know they have it. In women, symptoms are often mild and might be mistaken for a UTI or vaginal infection.

If you test positive for chlamydia, gonorrhea, or both, you’ll be treated with antibiotics.

The test of the test kit includes your test kit and a follow-up telehealth visit with our clinical team if you test positive.

Who should order this test:

Anyone sexually active18 years and older engaging in any type of sex, including penile-vaginal sex, oral sex, and/or anal sex.

Having other types of sex?

Chlamydia and gonorrhea can affect your mouth and anus. If you have oral or anal sex, order the three site CT/GC test.
